Norn Elite Skills
A new introduction in Eye of the North are profession independent skills. With the new race of the Norn, and a large and involved story arc featuring some neat Norn skills, it was only fair there should be some Elite skills for players to pickup.
Raven Blessing
You take on the aspect of the raven. Your Energy returns to maximum and you have -2 Energy degeneration. You have +60…100 maximum Health and a 10…30% block chance. All Enchantments upon you are removed. Raven attacks replace your skills. You gain Energy whenever you take or deal damage. This Skill ends when your Energy drops to 0.
Once you’ve activated Raven Blessing, your skill bar transforms to have only Raven skills:

The Norn Elite Skills in Eye of the North are hugely good fun - the Ursan skills in particular can be devastating. The only real downside is that your character never transforms into a Raven, Wolf, or Bear, which is a bit of a shame.
