Halloween art contest – here comes King Thorn!
It’s October (already) and that means that Mad King Thorn will soon be visiting Guild Wars as part of the Halloween festivities.
To get a taste of what Halloween in Guild Wars is like, you can check out last year’s Guild Wars Halloween videos as well as information about the special Halloween events and items that were available.
Every year there’s a special art contest, with some great prizes on offer. This year you’ve got until 27th October to submit your creations.
We could scare you with our ghoulish puns, but we’ll let Mad King Thorn take care of that. In the meantime, we’re accepting submissions for the 2008 Guild Wars Halloween Art Contest. We’ve got fantastic prizes for the top winners, and we’ll showcase their creations right here on the official website. You have until October 27th to get your entry in to us, so get cracking!
As you can see from the contest page at http://eu.guildwars.com/events/contests/halloween_2008/ there are some pretty serious prizes on offer – from special limited edition Razor goodies, graphics cards, sound cards, through to in-game items like skill unlocks and other Guild Wars memorabilia.
So get your creative juices flowing and start submitting those Halloween art ideas. Good luck!
