Pros:

Elementalist Elite Skill index is hugely useful
skill and armor guides cover both PvP and PvE builds
Guild Wars gold farming techniques specifically for Elementalists

Cons:

only focuses on the Elementalist, not much use for other classes
more coverage of secondary professions would be handy
